About Birthe

The project is led by Birthe Holt, a seasoned biodynamic gardener at Hertha Levefællesskab with over 40 years of experience from the USA, Australia, and Denmark. She currently manages a customer-supported-argiculture mixed within a social enterprise program. She is also part of the board of the Biodynamic Association, bringing extensive expertise in sustainable and community-focused agriculture.
