Join us for a festive late-summer day filled with music, nature, food, and community in the beautiful surroundings of Kalø Organic Agricultural School 🌿

Positive Trace Nature Activities

We’ll roll up our sleeves and get our hands in the soil as we help out in the fields around Kalø Organic Agricultural School. We'll also assist National Park Mols Bjerge in collecting seeds for a biodiversity project on their land.

Community Dinner

We’ll come together for a shared meal made with local vegetables from Kalø. The food will be simple, honest, and delicious – and of course, vegetarian.

Concert with FORMIDABLE VEGETABLE
Formidable Vegetable serves up Australian permaculture-inspired funk/swing with wheelbarrow-loads of rhythm and hopeful messages that both shake the Anthropocene and nourish the future. With ukulele, strings, and percussion, they plant seeds of inspiration and ignite the dance floor.

OVERNIGHT UNDER THE STARS

Bring a tent or a hammock and settle in for the night.

We look forward to creating a day and night that feels like a little break from everyday life – with soil under your nails and a garden full of joy

OPEN CALL FOR NEW LAND

Bring Biodiversity to Life on Your Land

Join us in our mission to restore nature, one landscape at a time. Our annual festival and inspiring events bring together communities, nature enthusiasts, and landowners to create flourishing habitats. We’re always searching for new places to transform—if you own land and want to make a lasting impact, let’s collaborate to make it a thriving, biodiverse haven.

Rebuilding Ecosystems Together—One Land, One Event at the Time

For the past three years, Positive Trace Festival has transformed landscapes and united communities in hands-on efforts to revive ecosystems. Through interactive workshops led by experts, participants learned sustainable gardening, biodiversity restoration, and eco-friendly food cultivation. The five-day festivalis filled with educational sessions and collective activities, all aimed at creating a lasting, positive impact on the land.

  • Community is at the heart of the festival experience. In this space, strangers become friends. The festival serves as a powerful reminder of how much good can we do when we come together as a community.

  • In everything we do, we aim to leave a positive trace from our work-Nature is at the center.

This plays out in everything from from locally sourced products, and recycled decor to turning our food waste and trash into compost.

  • Our goal of the festival is not just to have good time but to also include our participants into projects that they can bring home. That's why all the workshops we do are created for the purpose of creating meaningful and hands-on experiences, that will not only help in promoting sustainability but also create awareness of how small projects can make the biggest impact.

  • We welcome everyone no matter your eye color, age, nationality or favorite hairstyle. That is why the program will be a mix of Danish and English. We create our activites so all ages can participate and make the best memories along the way.
