EllementArts is a newly founded circus and dance company from Switzerland. All the artists share the same goal: to create sustainable, nature-inspired art. Through this, the young artists and dancers aim to poetically draw attention to current issues such as climate change and bring the preciousness of nature closer to the audience.
Their first piece, "Dancing Water Drops,” combines aerial and floor acrobatics, dance, and self-composed live music. The piece poetically talks about the resource of water with touching and powerful images. We follow a water drop on its dancing journey through the cycle of life, from melting glaciers, through rivers and swirls, to its arrival in the ocean and eventual evaporation.
